All

Welcome to the reunion!

This is a final announcement / invitation to the weekend and accompanying events. I know all are busy and will be traveling from across the country to attend. There is certainly a lot in motion. This is a reminder of the schedule of fires for the weekend, associated times on targets (TOT), and special instructions regarding late shots or misfires.

The planned major events are:

  • 2000, Friday, 9 Nov. Welcome Reception and Social at Sheraton Columbia Hotel; Columbia, Md
  • 0900-TBD, Saturday, 10 Nov. Bus and Walking Tours of DC or other individually arranged plans
  • 1900-TBD, Saturday, 10 Nov. Hail and Farewell at the Christner’s Home; Columbia, Md
  • 1000, Sunday, 11 Nov. Brunch at Cheese Cake Factory, vicinity Sheraton Hotel
  • Post Sunday Brunch, individually arranged plans

Request you RSVP to the elements in the schedule so we may assist the hosts in planning and execution of the events they are sponsoring. We are looking forward to seeing all and realize the challenges of traveling, particularly in the metropolitan DC area on a Friday evening so some may have difficulty meeting the TOT for Friday evening’s social. Don’t worry, if there is a chance you will arrive late or are not arriving until Saturday, please let us know and we will keep a look out for you. We want to make sure we don’t loose track of anyone and provide help, if necessary.

If you RSVP to me I will collect and push the information to Don Davidson and Jim Christner. I prefer email, but certainly will take phone calls as well, numbers are provided.

Thanks

Scott Maple
